Freshly made food, using locally sourced ingredients.

We work closely with our suppliers to provide the best of local ingredients. Our meat is sourced from Macbeth’s butchers. Their meat is sourced from both their own farm in Moray and surrounding farms where the animals are reared in as an extensive, natural environment as possible. Fruit, veg and dairy is also sourced locally to provide the best of what Scotland has to offer.
